Sauce & Spoon Tablet Rollout Project
The Sauce & Spoon Tablet Rollout Project served as my capstone project during the Google Project Management Course. In this project, I assumed the role of Peta, the Project Manager responsible for preparing all necessary project documentation from inception to completion, ensuring a successful project launch.
Sauce & Spoon, a small restaurant chain, is embarking on the Tablet Rollout Project to align with its annual growth and expansion objectives. In a strategic move, the decision was taken to initiate a pilot project, testing the implementation of new tabletop menu tablets at two selected locations before a full-scale rollout across the entire chain. The introduction of these tablets aims to enhance operational efficiency by enabling the restaurant to serve more guests in less time, minimize waste, and elevate overall customer satisfaction. This project represents a pivotal step toward optimizing restaurant operations and supporting the company's broader goals for expansion.
In my journey through the Google Project Management Course, I actively engaged in a range of tasks and challenges that showcased my proficiency in project management.
